Can I purchase more filters?

Yes! You can purchase additional filters anytime. We offer replacement filter bundles with built-in savings. You can purchase your replacement filters here.

How often do I need to replace the filter?

Most filters last around 3 to 4 weeks depending on how many pets are using the fountain. If you have multiple pets or notice the water flow slowing down, you may need to change it a little sooner.

Can I use the same pump from my 3.2L Floofii in the 7L fountain?

Yes! The 7L uses the same pump as the 3.2L fountain, so it’s fully interchangeable.

The only difference in the pumps is the tube length. They are still interchangeable, however you'll need to ensure your 7L Floofii is full for the 3.2L pump to run efficiently.

If you already have a Floofii, you can use your existing pump in the 7L, or swap between fountains as needed.

Are the filters the same for each fountain?

The 7L uses a larger, higher-capacity filterdesigned for the bigger tank. While it’s different from the 3.2L filter, you can rest assured replacement filters are available here:7L Replacement Filters. Every 7L fountain also comes with6 free filters to get you started.

What are the dimensions of the Floofii fountains?

Our 3.2L Floofii Fountain measures 22cm in diameter × 11cm high, making it a compact option for cats, small to medium dogs and everyday households.

Our larger 7L Floofii Fountain measures 30cm in diameter × 13cm high, giving bigger dogs and multi-pet households plenty of room to drink comfortably.

Can the fountain be used outdoors?

Yes, it can be used outdoors, but we recommend keeping it in a shaded, covered area to avoid overheating, bugs, or debris falling into the water. If your dog spends a lot of time outside, it’s a great option, just be sure to clean it more regularly.

How do I know when to clean the fountain?

We recommend giving the fountain a quick rinse every few days and a full clean (with mild soap and warm water) at least once a week. This helps prevent biofilm, hair, and dirt from building up. Note: If you have multiple pets, Your fountain may need some extra love.

DISCLAIMER: Our Floofii Fountain is designed to slow down slime, bacteria, and residue build-up, keeping your pet’s water fresher for longer than a standard bowl. In a regular dish, bacteria can start forming within a single day.
That said, no fountain can completely stop natural build-up. Over time, factors like saliva, fur, food particles, and airborne bacteria can still create pink or dark residue, especially in multi pet households.
The difference is: with Floofii, this process is greatly slowed. With simple quick rinses and a weekly deep clean, your fountain will stay fresh, healthy, and safe for your pets.

How does the slow feeder actually work?

The raised design helps naturally slow your pet down by creating small sections for food, encouraging them to eat at a more controlled pace rather than rushing through meals.

Is the slow feeder easy to clean?

Yes, the smooth stainless steel surface makes it quick to rinse or wash after each use. There are no deep grooves where food can get stuck.

We recommend warm soapy water for best cleaning results.
