Can I purchase more filters?
Yes! You can purchase additional filters anytime. We offer replacement filter bundles with built-in savings. You can purchase your replacement filters here.
How often do I need to replace the filter?
Most filters last around 3 to 4 weeks depending on how many pets are using the fountain. If you have multiple pets or notice the water flow slowing down, you may need to change it a little sooner.
What is Timed Mode?
Timed Mode runs the fountain at intervals throughout the day. This keeps water circulating regularly without running constantly, giving your pet fresh water while conserving battery.
How does Continuous Mode work?
Continuous Mode provides a constant flow of water, just like a running tap. The most appealing option for pets who love to drink frequently. To use Continuous Mode, the fountain must be plugged into a power source.
How does Motion-Activated Mode work?
In this mode, the fountain uses a built-in sensor. When your pet approaches, the water flow automatically turns on, encouraging them to drink. Once your pet walks away, the flow stops to save power and extend filter life.
Can the fountain be used outdoors?
Yes, it can be used outdoors, but we recommend keeping it in a shaded, covered area to avoid overheating, bugs, or debris falling into the water. If your dog spends a lot of time outside, it’s a great option, just be sure to clean it more regularly.
How do I know when to clean the fountain?
We recommend giving the fountain a quick rinse every few days and a full clean (with mild soap and warm water) at least once a week. This helps prevent biofilm, hair, and dirt from building up. Note: If you have multiple pets, Your fountain may need some extra love.
