What size is right for my pet?
Great question! As a general guide:
The 3.2L Floofii™ is perfect for cats, kittens, and small to medium dogs. It's compact, quiet, and keeps water fresh and flowing for up to a few days between top-ups.
The 7L Floofii™ is ideal for larger breed dogs, or households with multiple pets who are all sharing the one fountain. More water, less topping up.
Not sure which one to go with? You actually don't have to choose. Our EOFY Bundle includes both fountains at our biggest discount of the year, and it won't be around for long. Grab it before it's gone.
What if my pet doesn't drink from it at first?
Totally normal! Pets can be wary of anything new in their home and that is completely okay. Give them a little time and space to get curious on their own terms, most come around sooner than you'd expect.
We are always sharing tips and tricks to help encourage your fur baby to drink more water and get comfortable with their fountain, so keep an eye on your emails for those.

How do I know if they're drinking more?
The Floofii™ fountain has a built-in water level window so you can see at a glance how much water has been consumed. There is also an LED indicator light for low-light conditions, so you are never left guessing.
Over time, you will start to notice the water level dropping more consistently, which is a great sign that your pet is building a healthy drinking habit. 🐾
How often do I need to replace the filter?
Most filters last around 3 to 4 weeks depending on how many pets are using the fountain & your water quality. If you have multiple pets or notice the water flow slowing down, you may need to change it a little sooner.
Can I purchase more filters?
Yes! You can purchase additional filters anytime. We offer replacement filter bundles with built-in savings. You can purchase your replacement filters here.
How do I know when to clean the fountain?
We recommend giving the fountain a quick rinse every few days and a full clean (with mild soap and warm water) at least once a week. This helps prevent biofilm, hair, and dirt from building up. Note: If you have multiple pets, Your fountain may need some extra love.
DISCLAIMER: Our Floofii Fountain is designed to slow down slime, bacteria, and residue build-up, keeping your pet’s water fresher for longer than a standard bowl. In a regular dish, bacteria can start forming within a single day.
That said, no fountain can completely stop natural build-up. Over time, factors like saliva, fur, food particles, and airborne bacteria can still create pink or dark residue, especially in multi pet households.
The difference is: with Floofii, this process is greatly slowed. With simple quick rinses and a weekly deep clean, your fountain will stay fresh, healthy, and safe for your pets.
Can the fountain be used outdoors?
Yes, it can be used outdoors, but we recommend keeping it in a shaded, covered area to avoid overheating, bugs, or debris falling into the water. If your dog spends a lot of time outside, it’s a great option, just be sure to clean it more regularly.
How long will it take to receive my delivery?
We use Australia Post for most of our deliveries.
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of purchase. Once dispatched, your Floofii™ Filtered Water Fountain will typically arrive within 6-9 business days, depending on your location.
