How often do I need to replace the filter?

Most filters last around 3 to 4 weeks depending on how many pets are using the fountain. If you have multiple pets or notice the water flow slowing down, you may need to change it a little sooner.

How does the slow feeder actually work?

The raised design helps naturally slow your pet down by creating small sections for food, encouraging them to eat at a more controlled pace rather than rushing through meals.

What are the dimensions of the slow feeder?

The Floofii™ Slow Feeder is 21cm in Diameter and 4cm in Height.

Can this be used for all types of food?

Yes, it works well with dry kibble, wet food, or a mix of both. You can also use it with simple meal add-ins if your pet enjoys a bit of variety.

Can the fountain be used outdoors?

Yes, it can be used outdoors, but we recommend keeping it in a shaded, covered area to avoid overheating, bugs, or debris falling into the water. If your dog spends a lot of time outside, it’s a great option, just be sure to clean it more regularly.

How do I know when to clean the fountain?

We recommend giving the fountain a quick rinse every few days and a full clean (with mild soap and warm water) at least once a week. This helps prevent biofilm, hair, and dirt from building up. Note: If you have multiple pets, Your fountain may need some extra love.
